A: We operate throughout Chicagoland — if you live in the area, we’ll come to you at no additional charge.
Q: Does your pricing include pickup and delivery?
A: Yes — for area rugs and other small items that will be cleaned and protected offsite, home pickup and delivery to a nearby workroom are included in your cost.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Zelle, Venmo or check. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Checks can be mailed to:
