- Carpeting & Area Rug Cleaning: We provide professional cleaning services for all floor coverings. For area rug cleaning, we offer free pickup and delivery for all services within Chicagoland. For wall-to-wall carpeting, our team comes directly to your home to provide in-home cleaning services in advance of your Fiber ProTector treatment.
Post-Treatment Care: Keeping Stains at Bay
Fiber ProTector gives you an amazing window of opportunity to clean up a spill before it can become a permanent stain. For the best possible results, act quickly when spots and spills occur by following these exact care steps:
- BLOT, DO NOT RUB: Gently BLOT the spill with a clean, dry paper towel. Never rub or scrub the spot, as rubbing can push the liquid past the protective shield and force it deep into the fabric fibers.
- APPLY PROFLEKK: If the spot persists or has already dried, lightly moisten the area with ProFlekk spot and stain releaser.
- ABSORB MOISTURE: Allow 5 minutes for the textile to absorb the ProFlekk solution, then continue to blot with a clean paper towel to absorb as much moisture as possible.
- REPEAT IF NECESSARY: You can repeat this process as needed.
If after following these directions you are unable to remove the spot or stain yourself, refer to our performance agreement below and call us immediately at 312-446-7530.

We stand firmly behind our signature service. All Fiber ProTector treatments completed by our team come with FREE two-year support. This comprehensive support package includes a professional care kit, access to our 24-hour help line, and exclusive discounts on your future maintenance cleaning services.
Service Call Support: We will come out and attempt to remove the stubborn stain for a minimal service call fee. (Please note that water extraction may be required for large stains).
Our Refund Guarantee: If our certified professionals are ultimately unable to remove the stain, we will refund the original purchase price of your Fiber ProTector treatment (minus a minor 20% annual use fee).
Please Note: This specific performance warranty agreement does NOT extend to pet stains.

As long as your items have been professionally cleaned and re-protected after every third cleaning at Fiber ProTector of Chicago’s standard rates, we will continue to back the performance of Fiber ProTector for the useful life of the textile.
